All We Have to Do Is Kill One Guy is not only an award winning short-film (adaptable to a feature length film), but is also the opening scene of the second episode of a dark comedy series. Think HBO’s Barry meets two stay-at-home dads with food-truck fame dreams and no money.
As luck would have it, when one of our dads, Brent is visiting his brother in jail he’s offered an opportunity to earn the $50k they need to build the truck of their dreams. Unfortunately, for Brent and his best bud, Russell they have unwittingly found themselves deep in the rabbit-hole of nefarious syndicate strategy and are soon tasked with assassination duties.
The scene/film joins Brent & Russell as they sit in a car on their first stakeout.
When they see their mark, Russell suddenly gets cold feet and panics. Brent tries to talk him down, but a debate about the best way to execute their plan arises, and a real test of their friendship ensues.
All they have to do is kill one guy, yes. But the question is, can they do it?
